HOW IT WORKS

PRE-ARRIVAL. Thanks for booking with us! Before the packing gets crazy, ensure you fill out your Guest Form. This must be done prior to your arrival date. Check the text message you received from us upon booking for your Guest Form link. Once your form is received, your codes can be sent on arrival day. It’s that easy! (If you booked through another site, please check your message center to that site.) 2 days prior to your arrival we will text you our Invisible Service Menu. Select any items you may wish to have stocked in your room for your arrival.

ARRIVAL DAY. You will receive your room code at 2pm via text message. If you have not received it by 2pm, make sure you have filled out your Guest Form (link provided in your booking confirmation text). Check yourself in anytime after 3pm. Your payment will be processed automatically with the card on file before we send your pre-arrival information. Early check-in is available but is subject to a small fee and availability.

CHECK-OUT. Forget trekking down to a front desk—we don’t even have one. Check-out is at 11am—take off and we’ll send you a receipt via email. Late check-out can be arranged based upon availability and the following fees: $30 fee to extend to noon / $50 to extend to 1pm / half the cost of the room to extend to 5pm.

INVISIBLE REQUESTS. Need a few more towels? Would an extra pillow make you comfier? A plunger at 2am? Easy. Text (or call) your request 24 hours a day to the Guest Service Line and our team will respond within minutes. Sorry, we can’t do late-night booze runs!

INVISIBLE ACCESS. Use your key code to enter your room during your stay. Also, enjoy 24-hour access to our self-service coffee pantry featuring coffee and tea, a water bottle filling station, microwave and refrigerators, plus freezers with extra ice (code located in your room).

INVISIBLE BARTENDER

Pre-order beer, wine, or select cocktails and we’ll stock your fridge with your requests before you arrive. Fancy cocktail ice will be waiting in your freezer and the perfect glassware will be waiting on top of or in the fridge next to your expertly crafted cocktail. All you’ll have to do is pour your cocktail from our glass flask into your glass. (For the cocktail nerds out there—we stir and shake to the perfect dilution point before bottling to ensure your cocktail tastes as it would right in our bar.) On days our bar is open, you can also order drinks to-go online at shop.mainandmountain.com or swing by and say hello! Please note, if ordering through shop.mainandmountain.com the drinks will be considered “to-go” meaning they come in BPA-free sealed plastic bottles with no glassware, garnish, or ice. For the full drink experience, we recommend ordering through the Invisible bartender!

HOW IT WORKS. When you book your room online, you’ll receive a text with a link to our Invisible Service Menu. Select any items or amenities you’d like and viola, they are magically awaiting your arrival (with eager anticipation, of course). Want to order more during your stay? Text the Invisible Bartender Hotline or add more from our IS menu, just make sure to submit your requests before 1pm for same-day delivery and we’ll deliver while you’re out exploring. During open bar hours, we would love to mix anything up for you at the bar and you can take them back to your room to enjoy. (Note: Our bar is closed a few nights a week (see bar page for most current hours), but don’t stress—we’ll bring the bar to you. Get in touch with us before you arrive to order cocktails, beer, or wine and we’ll stock your fridge.) I.D.’s are required as proof of 21+ years of age. Limit two drinks per person per order.

SELF-SERVE COFFEE PANTRY

Our Self-Serve Coffee Pantry is open 24/7 and stocks additional ice, a microwave, hot water kettle, beer + wine openers, cutlery, and all the self-serve tea and coffee you can handle. Located on the second floor between rooms 12 + 13.
