QUEEN ROOM
Our queen rooms sleep two people in one queen bed and feature a walk-in shower, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. Each queen room has a unique layout. Located on both ground level and second level (stair access only). Rollaway beds are subject to availability and a fee.
KING ROOM
Our king rooms sleep two people in one king bed and feature a walk-in shower, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. Each king room has a unique layout and all are located on the second level with stair access only. Rollaway beds are subject to availability and a fee.
QUEEN + BUNK
Our queen + bunk rooms sleep four people in one queen bed and two twins. The ground level queen + bunk (room #1) is ADA and features a walk-in shower, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. Our second level queen + bunk (room #12) features a bath tub/shower combo, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer.
KING + BALCONY
Our king room with balcony sleeps two people in one king bed and features a walk-in shower, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. Enjoy views of Okemo from the private balcony. Located on the second floor with stair access only. Rollaway beds are subject to availability and a fee.
DOUBLE QUEEN
Bring your friends and enjoy the double queen room with 2 queen memory foam mattresses that sleep up to 4 guests. All the amenities we offer are available, as well as an ensuite bathroom + shower. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs.
DOUBLE QUEEN + BUNK
Our double queen + bunk room sleeps five people in two queen beds and one twin lofted bed. This room type features a walk-in shower, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. This room is located on the ground floor.
TWO BEDROOM SUITE
Our largest accommodation, the two bedroom-one bathroom suite, sleeps up to five guests. Bedroom 1 sleeps two people in one queen bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 3 people in one queen bed and one lofted twin bed. The living room features a sectional couch, a round dining table and a long counter/desk. This room features a bath tub/shower combo, VT bath and body products, flat screen TVs and a mini refrigerator with freezer. Located on the second floor with stair access only. Rollaway beds are subject to availability and a fee.
COFFEE PANTRY
Enjoy 24-hour access to our self-service coffee pantry which features VT drip coffee and tea accoutrements, organic whole milk, half & half and oat milk, a microwave, a toaster oven, and additional refrigerator and freezer space for guests. The pantry is also stocked with bags of ice, paper plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, and napkins, to ensure you have everything you may need for your takeaway meals. Located on the second floor (stair access only) between rooms 12 + 13.
OUR UNIQUE CHECK-IN PROCESS
At Main + Mountain Bar & Motel, we use the latest technology for your comfort and convenience. Our dedicated staff works behind the scenes to ensure a perfect stay. Our contactless check-in means you’ll receive all necessary information via text before arrival, making your experience seamless.
1. AFTER BOOKING
You’ll receive a confirmation text with all the details for your stay, along with a local guidebook we created just for our guests. All arrival information is sent via text.
2. CHECK-IN FORMS
You’ll receive a text prompting you to complete our Check-In Form. This step is required for a smooth arrival. We’re unable to send your room access code until the form is completed.
3. ARRIVAL DAY
On your day of arrival your room access information will be texted to you at 2 PM. Access codes activate at 3 PM. Once you arrive, simply park and enter your room using your unique code.

Our 13 guestrooms all feature modern décor, memory foam beds, ensuite bathrooms equipped with VT bath and body products, mini fridges with freezers, personal thermostats, and flatscreen televisions with Chromecast. Stream from your favorite apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Android device to your in-room TV. Use your own subscriptions, playlists, and recommendations to stay in control of what you want to watch, when you want to watch. We use automated key codes for room access and automated check-out. CANCELLATION POLICY
For your convenience, we now offer two types of rates:
Non-Refundable Rates:
100% of reservation is charged at the time of booking and refunds are not available under any circumstance. Transfers to a new date are not possible.
Flexible Rates:
A 50% deposit will be collected upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your check-in time (3PM EST). Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival time (3PM EST), guests will forfeit 50% deposit. Cancellations/No Shows made within 24 hours of arrival time (3PM EST) will forfeit the entire cost of the stay.
